MOB Boss: Fonda Neal

Success doesn't always look loud.

Sometimes it looks like quietly serving your community, balancing family and career, and building a business that honors who you are instead of trying to become someone else.

That's exactly what Fonda Neal is doing.

As the founder of After 7 Notary and Fonda Neal Natural Health, Fonda has built two businesses rooted in service. One helps families and professionals navigate important life moments through reliable notary services. The other grew from a deeply personal journey toward better health and helping others discover natural approaches to wellness.

During our conversation on the BLK GRL MOB POD, Fonda shared how becoming a mother changed the way she thought about health. Wanting the very best for her son led her to explore natural wellness, eventually earning a diploma in natural health and creating a business focused on education and holistic living.

But perhaps the most powerful part of her story had nothing to do with business. It was about understanding herself.

After receiving a late ADHD diagnosis, Fonda finally found answers to questions she'd carried for years. Instead of seeing neurodivergence as a limitation, she began learning how to build her business around the way her mind naturally works rather than forcing herself into systems designed for someone else.

That shift changed everything.

As an introvert, Fonda admits visibility has never come naturally. Marketing, branding, and putting herself in front of large audiences have all stretched her beyond her comfort zone. Yet she continues showing up anyway—not because she wants attention, but because she knows someone needs what she has to offer.

She also reminds us that entrepreneurship isn't sustainable without caring for ourselves first. Whether it's getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, nourishing our bodies, or protecting our peace, Fonda believes the same foundations that help us stay healthy are the ones that help us become better business owners.

One of the dreams she's most passionate about has nothing to do with revenue.

She's hoping to build a community specifically for neurodivergent entrepreneurs who are balancing careers, raising children, and trying to grow businesses at the same time—a space where they can feel understood, encouraged, and supported.

When asked what being a MOB Boss means to her, Fonda's answer was simple but powerful:
