Tiffany Winfield (Richmond, Virginia) is an author, licensed personal and executive coach, and corporate professional with over 20 years of experience. Through her work with ZenWork Studio and Selah 74, she is building at the intersection of work, wellness, and community—creating spaces where high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs can finally exhale.

ZenWork Studio isn’t “just” a wellness space. It’s a place to breathe again. To reset. To be poured into. “I know what it means to be a high-achieving professional who is constantly pouring into everything and everyone else while running on empty,” Tiffany shares. “This space isn’t just a business idea—it’s a real solution to a real problem. I’m not guessing what this community needs. I am the community.”

ZenWork was born from watching ambitious, capable people burn out quietly—not from a lack of drive, but from a lack of support, space, and community that honors both success and health. Tiffany set out to build something different: a place where ambition doesn’t cost you your well-being, where rest isn’t an afterthought, and where success and wellness are allowed to coexist.

“Even with a full-time job, kids, and life happening—and without having everything figured out—I moved,” she says. “I built the community, launched events, opened the door for support, and kept going even when it was uncomfortable. That’s a win I refuse to minimize.”
